Abstract submission will be open between the 1st of July and the 15th of October, 2024.
Guidelines for Abstracts
Please chose a session to which you wish to submit your presentation, and select whether you prefer a talk or a poster.
Abstracts should only be submitted via this webpage – abstracts sent by e-mail cannot be accepted.
The main text body of your abstract should be 2500 characters (including spaces) or less. No special formatting is required.
Please avoid using non-standard abbreviations.
Figures, graphs or illustration cannot be included in the abstract.
If possible, try to avoid using references in the abstract (if this is not possible, the reference needs to be included in the text).
All presenting authors of accepted abstracts need to be registered and need to attend the conference.
Notifications
Note that only the submitting (corresponding) person receives all notifications about the abstract. Therefore, make sure that emails from information@smart-abstract.com are not marked as spam
by your email provider.
Submitting (corresponding) authors take responsibility for informing all co-authors of the successful submission, acceptance or rejection, as well as for forwarding to presenters any
instructions received on how to present the abstract.
